Statement

For me, event management is about turning ideas into experiences that bring people together. With experience across festivals, brand events and electronic music, I enjoy exploring the potential of a space, understanding an audience and bringing creative concepts to life.

My approach combines creativity with structure, connecting people, partners and details to create a coherent experience. The goal is simple: an event where everything feels intentional, the atmosphere is right, and the work behind the scenes remains invisible to the guest.

Philosophy

Empty venue before build-up, industrial hall with light pouring in

Every venue starts as an empty room.

Successful event management means seeing the bigger picture while anticipating the smallest details. From crowd flow and technical setups to logistics, timing and safety, every element must work together to create a seamless experience.

My approach combines a director's eye for the overall atmosphere with an operational mindset that anticipates risks, adapts to challenges and keeps people safe. Because great events are not just about what happens on stage, but everything that makes the experience work behind the scenes.

The goal is for thousands of guests to enjoy the moment without ever noticing the complexity behind it.

Line-up

The events I have helped produce have shared a stage with artists like:

Steve AokiBlack CoffeeSolomunAlle FarbenMahmut OrhanBlond:ishFrancis MercierMoBlackReznik

and many more.

Bringing Mahmut Orhan to RheinRiff was a project I was highly invested in, driven by the opportunity to connect the venue with an internationally renowned artist whose music resonates across diverse cultures and a global community. Delivering a production at this level requires trusted partners, strong negotiation skills, precise coordination and uncompromising attention to detail. From aligning stakeholders and production requirements to meeting the artist’s expectations, every element had to come together to create an experience worthy of the artist, the audience and the venue.

When thousands of guests are watching and the smallest issue can become visible immediately, taking care of the artist is not just about being a good host. It is part of being a complete event professional.

How I Work

Systems

Working in a fast-growing, modular event venue has meant building structure around increasingly complex operations. My approach combines SOPs, safety procedures, supplier coordination and service-provider management to create processes that are repeatable, scalable and reliable. From coordinating technical infrastructure and bar logistics to aligning operational requirements across different event formats, I focus on solving problems at their root and building systems that make consistent execution possible, even as the scale and complexity change.

Leading a team

I believe effective leadership starts on the floor, alongside the people responsible for making an event happen. Whether coordinating internal teams, technical crews, security, artists or external partners, my focus is on clear communication, shared responsibility and building trust before the pressure begins. On events welcoming up to 5,000 visitors in a day, teamwork depends on everyone understanding their role, knowing who to turn to and being able to rely on the people around them.

Decisions

Event management means balancing creative vision, guest experience, commercial objectives, budgets and safety, often within the same decision. Whether adapting an outdoor setup to changing weather, coordinating VIP operations or managing the demands of a high-volume public event, I assess the wider impact before acting. The goal is to find practical solutions that protect the experience and the event’s objectives without compromising operational standards or safety.

Under pressure

My approach to pressure is built on preparation, anticipation and clear priorities. Managing event formats ranging from weekly afterworks with three DJs per edition to large-scale events welcoming thousands of visitors requires thinking ahead, planning contingencies and keeping communication clear when circumstances change. The most effective problem-solving often happens long before the doors open. When preparation works, the team can respond confidently, and the guest experience feels effortless.

Values

There are a few things I do not bend on. People go home safe. The guest experience comes first. I own the result whether the event went perfectly or not. And because this work keeps changing, I stay curious and treat every event as a lesson for the next one.

What I Want to Build Next

These are not wish-list fantasies. They are concepts I have thought through the way I would approach any real brief, with an audience, an operating model and a number in mind.

Looking Forward

My approach to event management is driven by high standards, thoughtful planning and a constant curiosity to learn and improve. I believe the best results come from combining creative ambition with strong teamwork, operational excellence and a shared vision. For me, every project is an opportunity to refine the craft, explore new possibilities and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.
